Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for all order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Fashionsta.com late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.
Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (PST).

We want you to LOVE your products; if you’re not completely satisfied you may return new, un-used products within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original packaging. Used beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. All returns must have a generated RMA number. Please follow these simple steps to generate your RMA and retrieve your pre-paid return label:

Step 2: Fill out the prompted Order information or login to create your return
Step 3: Select Return Order to generate your RMA. Once your RMA is generated you will be e-mailed a pre-paid return label within one business day.
Step 4: Please drop off your return package at your local USPS location. Once your return arrives please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

*Fashionsta.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Items that are returned which have not been authorized will not be returned back to customer. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged if they are marked as final sale items. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team for a replacement. We would be more than happy to accommodate you for our error.
